Pizzascare is the first level in Horror Passage.
This level is a harder version of Pizzascape. Around the level, decorations can be seen, like a Snick.exe plushie, or a jacko-lantern with the face of Pepperman carved into it.

- In the game data the level is named 'Chateau'.
- Claustrophobic had to be changed in order to allow Peppino to get the two pizzas.
- Interestingly enough, the red sky seen in "Pizza Tower in Halloween" and "Eerily Similar" is actually larger than the orange one used in Pizzascape. The sky in Pizzascare is 1000 x 1500 pixels, while the one in Pizzascape is 960 x 540 pixels.
