Peppino Pizza is the pizzeria owned and managed by Peppino Spaghetti. It is also the location featured in the game's intro.
Exterior[]
The building appears with white walls and red highlights. There is a purple satellite dish on the roof and a storefront reading "PEPPINO PIZZA", with an illustrated Peppino above.
Interior[]
There isn't much shown of the interior as the lights are often shown turned off, but from what has been seen, the inside of the building features a white and black checkered floor with red dining tables.
Pre-release[]
In the SAGE 2019 Demo, Peppino Pizza appears as a location fully explorable. It was in-place of the game's menu. The restaurant in this case is very small. With red and white checkered floors, a bathroom, a trashcan, and a garage with a delivery motorcycle. This screen would later be replaced with the screen that we have in the current game.
Full Release[]
In the full game, there's very little to see of the restaurant. The only visible things are the main counter and Peppino sitting on the stool, a glass window, a pizza box, and the save files.
Trivia[]
- Peppino is shown to be massively in debt. He is shown frustrated by the fact in the game's intro.
- In the final game, the lights are always turned off. Leaving much up for interpretation on what the restaurant's appearance looks like.
- Coincidentally, there's real life restaurants/pizzerias called Peppino Pizza.
- During the save select screen depicting Peppino Pizza, the game window renames itself to "Select your Pizza Tower"
- In the main menu, if the lights are left off for 40 seconds, Peppino will jumpscare the player and, in the PC version, close the game as well.
- In The Noise's campaign, there can be seen a restaurant called Noise Pizza, which is the replacement when playing as The Noise and fighting Pizzaface (though it could be a made up restaurant just so it was accurate in the remake of Peppino's journey).
