Trash Pan is an enemy in Pizza Tower.

Description

Trash Pan is a sentient trash can that’s filled up with cheese inside, with two drips of it being visible from the outside. It has eyes with angry-looking eyebrows on its lid.

Behaviour

Trash Pan stands in place. As Peppino, when jumped on, it will pop off its lid, launching him upwards, allowing Peppino to then use the lid to slide down slopes or traverse across water. The Noise however, will simply be launched upwards, being able to jump off by dashing at any time.

Trivia

• Originally, in the Preearlytestbuild, these enemies didn't attack in any way and the only way to defeat them was to push them off a ledge or into water, which instantly defeated them and give them 100 Pizza Points.
• Originally, they would stand in place and spit cheeseballs, however that function was moved to Giant Slime.
  • This old version of Trash Pan still exists in the games files, however, it cannot spit out cheeseballs, instead only playing the sound of it doing so over and over again.
• The cheese coming out of the Trash Pan enemy used to be sauce, but was changed to cheese due to its behavior changing and it was the same design till the March Patreon Build.
• In some of the demos, purple, eyeless variants (referred to as "invtrash" in the game files) exist which is a robotic version of the Trash Pan. These are used for areas where the Cheeseball transformation is necessary to proceed and it still functions in the final release.
  • The purple Trash Pan actually has stunned and defeat sprites in some early versions of the Patreon 2019 demos with eyes that go unused.
• When being ejected from the Trash Pan as The Noise, physical copies of Pizza Tower can be seen being flung out alongside the trash.
• There is a McPig stream of him animating a Trash Pan scared sprite. This sprite has never appeared in the files of any build.
